Meet Slate! The owners thought she was a he 🙂 but when she went in for surgery to repair her femur, they did a spay at the same time. This poor 10-month old girl has a heavy gentleman trip over her/fall on her by accident.
The Sergei Foundation contributed to her surgery, along with the Banfield Charitable Foundation and the owners. She is on her way to a full recovery!
