Remington had an unusual condition, probably present from birth, where the penis cannot retract into the skin or sheeth. For three years the dog owner had been doing her best to keep the area protected from elements but it got to be critically painful. The Sergei Foundation paid for a surgery called Preputial advancement to raise the skin over the exposed area.
