Jackson – Helped July 2013

A  good Samaritan rescued Jackson from a busy road; he had multiple fractures in a rear leg. He either needed to be put down or get the leg amputated. The new owner said Jackson was a “keeper” and would be his fur-ever companion! She was approved for assistance, so we were able to get his surgery done. He is about 2 years old the vet estimated. Look at that cute face! This is pre-surgery for Jackson. The surgery went well. We’ll try to post some updated photos as we hear how he is doing.
