Starky – Helped May 2015

We helped Starky get his eye lens removed today. It was fully detached from the cornea and very painful. Eye removal was an option, but the owner chose to supplement for this surgery as the other eye most likely will do the same thing; it is already showing signs. This way, Starky still will have some vision in that eye for if the other one needs to be removed at a later date. Unfortunately, this is a common issue in terrier breeds. Quick healing, Starky!
