Dixie – Helped March 2016

We are helping Dixie here get surgery tomorrow morning to fix/pin her broken leg. (She looks like the dog Gracie we helped last year… same issue too!) Dixie’s injury happened on Sunday when a truck backed out over her (unknowingly). Five days is a long time to wait for surgery of this severity, but we just started working with them yesterday. Dixie has been in loving care with her human “sister” and on pain meds. Thank you to Banfield Foundation for your support so we can give pets like Dixie a chance to say with their family. Please send Dixie love, healing and prayers for a successful surgery tomorrow.
