Ateo – Helped September 2014

Bear-chasing in Boone! Ateo forgot he was a senior pet and tore his ACL when he was protecting his family by chasing a bear off the deck. We help pets of all ages and assisted with a specialty vet visit. The surgeon said medicinal and PT is a better option than invasive surgery because of a variety of factors (age, tear in other leg, arthritis). A little R & R for Ateo and the owner’s commitment to joint and arthritis meds will hopefully bring improvement. Quick healing, Ateo! UPDATE!  Ateo actually did receive ACL surgery and is now operating at 90% on that leg 🙂
