Baby – Helped April 2013

This is Baby- just a year old. The family’s story is a sad one that involves some horrendous treatment of Baby at a local shelter, including putting this house-kitty in a feral cat pen! They re-rescued him and it must have been rough going as he had to have a toe amputated and his paw was badly infected. The “mommy” owner is also battling kidney disease and as a result of the shelter not vaccinating Baby, it brought home distemper and their other cat, Jasper caught it and died. Rough times, but that are so happy that Baby is finally okay.
