Luna – Helped Nov. 2019

Luna is just 6-months old. She was not walking well and the owner took her to the vet. From birth, she does not have developed hip sockets, so the legs are not “staying.”┬áThe Sergei Foundation funded her to be seen by an orthopedic vet (versus ER facility) in early November. It was confirmed that this case is severe, and Luna would need this surgery on BOTH sides in order to be able to walk and support her growth. Boo – Helped Oct. 2019

Boo Boo was in pain with every breath. After a vet visit that was inconclusive and their decline of our assistance for their client, we directed Boo to River Road Animal Hospital who took him in immediately! Prognosis is not good with a diagnosis of lung cancer, but his owner is so happy he is out of pain and on medicine to help prolong his life. This is what he emailed us a few days ago, we are so happy! “Boo Boo is at about 80% of his normal self, which is a big improvement from last week! He is responding well to the meds. Thank you all so very much! I didn’t know what to...

Shi Shi – Helped Oct. 2019

We helped Shi Shi here with some blood work at Ard-Vista Animal Hospital. She keeps having seizures, and although there is nothing that can be done right now on that, the bloodwork helped to know there was not anything else causing them and to adjust medication.
