Kitty – Helped Dec. 2017

Kitty (aka Killer) is our Christmas Miracle cat! He was in veterinary care for two weeks and it took three vets to determine what was wrong. Exploratory surgery was almost done, but thankfully it was NOT as he had sever pancreatitis among other complications, and he wouldn’t eat or drink on his own. Thank you to Dr. Weaver for finally helping to make this kitty well! He went home in time for Christmas with a feeding tube, which came out a couple of weeks later. Kitty is back to his old, playful self in time for a better year in 2018.

Unfortunately, he continued to have issues back at the vet who did the surgery, so we rushed him to get an ultrasound at another hopsital and found that sepsis had set in. Rest in peace, sweet Diesel. We are happy to have been...

Zero – Helped Dec. 2017

This is Zero. We paid for emergency surgery for his eye on Friday morning of last week! Not sure what happened, as he is a country dog that does roam the owner’s farm a lot. We got him neutered at the same time, so that should help him to calm down and not get into things he shouldn’t. Heal well, Zero.

Bailey – Helped Nov. 2017

Bailey here couldn’t walk correctly and was holding his right leg out, as you may see here, 100% of the time. There was no trauma known, but two separate vet offices suggested FHO surgery, which is essentially hip surgery to correct this problem. We paid for the surgery so Bailey can romp and play again like a normal pup his age! Thank you North Davidson Veterinary Hospital Welcome NC.
